I was packing up after a show the other day, wrestling my upright bass into its floppy case, and I remembered I’d promised to write this letter. I thought, here’s my chance to get some material!

Beautiful Dreamer, a Heart & Soul performing group, was featured in Ogden's Standard Examiner. Link to the article is below.

“Beautiful Dreamer” plays Popular American Parlor Music instrumentals: Music from about 1830 to 1930, including Folk songs and Spirituals, Patriotic tunes from the Civil War and WW I eras, and Tin Pan Alley and Broadway tunes.
"Beautiful Dreamer" is: Tia Jaynes, flute and piccolo; Robin Vorkink, oboe and English horn; and Cheryl Ann Blackley, bassoon.

Remembering Don Behrman

Remembering Don BehrmanDon Behrman, known to his music friends and Heart & Soul audiences as Dominoe, left this earthly home on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Barely 72, he left us way too soon.

Dominoe knew all the standards that our audiences love. He was our story-telling, rockin’ cowboy, Nashville star and sang songs by Elvis, Johnny Cash, Don Williams and Merle Haggard, and more.
