Heart & Soul serves isolated members of our community - the frail and elderly, the ill and terminally ill, youth at risk, people with disabilities and their families and health care providers. We currently have relationships with the following organizations:

Location information is for Heart & Soul volunteers. Our daily performances are for the residents, their friends and family, and the staff at each facility. Many facilities have special clearance procedures and are not open to the public.
